We provide professional sourcing and supply chain support based on the project brief, agreed scope, and client requirements. Final recommendations and decisions remain the responsibility of the client.

2. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing clear product specifications, business requirements, timelines, and access to relevant information needed for an effective service engagement.

3. Information accuracy

We rely on information supplied by clients and by third-party suppliers or manufacturers. While we apply due diligence and reasonable professional care, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all external information.

4. Confidentiality

We will maintain confidentiality in line with our privacy policy and client-specific requirements where applicable, while recognizing that some information may be shared with service providers or suppliers to fulfill the agreed scope.

5. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any service issue is limited to the value of the relevant engagement, except where local law provides a stricter standard. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
